Property and Application

1.A-1800 and 1805 are insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. Used as antistatic agent in plastics and additive in textile industry.

2.A-1808、1810 are soluble in water, soluble in organic solvents. As reducing acid dye leveling agent; Used as corrosion inhibitor in oil cracking unit; Used as lubricant,emulsifier and dispersant in pesticide, textile, paper making and leather industry.

3.A-1812, 1815

a) Additive A-1812, 1815 soluble in water, in alkaline or neutral medium is nonionic, and in acidic medium is cationic, with excellent leveling, diffusion properties.

b) lt is mainly used as leveling agent for acid metal complex dyes, which can reduce the amount ofsulfuric acid in dyeing bath and reduce the damage of fabric strength. it can also be used as levelingagent for neutral dyes and reductive dyes. lt can effectively control the rate of instant dying and dye transfer, and is helpful for fast dyeing at high temperature.

c)In wool, hemp, silk, synthetic fiber leveler, increase the concentration isthe ideal strippina acent. As a stripping agent for wool and nylon fabrics, it is used for stripping andleveling dyeing of wool, which can improve the appearance of the fabric.and improve the wear-resisting fastness of the fabric in dyeing and printing with icedyes.
