Fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether is obtained by the addition reaction of high-level fatty amine and ethylene oxide, which embodies the nature of certain cationic surfactant when the number of polyoxyethylene is small, and the cationicity is gradually weakened with the growth of the polyoxyethylene chain, embodying the nature of nonionic surfactant, so that it has a wide range of functions, such as washing, leveling, penetration, anti-staining and dispersing, and it is widely used in the fields of textile, printing and dyeing, It is widely used in textile, printing and dyeing, food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields, and has a broad application prospect.
In this paper, five kinds of fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ethers (ADAEO10, ADAEO15, ADAEO30, ADAEO45 and ADAEO15/PO6) were selected to study the interaction between fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ethers and different acid dyes, and to explore the application of fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ethers and their complexing auxiliaries in the dyeing of silk and nylon by acid dyes and the application of fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ethers to silk dyeing and nylon dyeing by acid dyes, and to investigate the application of fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ethers to silk dyeing and nylon dyeing by acid dyes. The effect of anti-staining soaping was investigated in the washing of silk after dyeing and printing with acid dyes.
The results show that there is a certain effect between fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ether and different acid dyes. It is mainly manifested in the displacement of the maximum absorption wavelength and the change of the maximum absorbance, which varies with the dyes. When the dye is certain, the interaction between the auxiliary and the dye gradually decreases with the increase of the number of fatty diamine ethoxylate EO addition. Among them, the interaction of ADAEO10 with acid dyes is the most significant.
The addition of fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ether can effectively reduce the dyeing rate of acid dyes on silk, and with the decrease of the number of fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ether EO addition, the retardation effect increases, and the inhomogeneity of the dyed fabrics decreases, and the leveling effect of ADAEO10 and ADAEO15 is better. With the increase of the concentration of additives, the effect of retarding dyeing increases obviously, and the general dosage of 0.5g/L can achieve the ideal effect. When the concentration of auxiliaries is too high, the final dyeing rate of acid dyes will be reduced.
The leveling agents A and B of ADAEO10, ADAEO15 and Pingpinga O-25, which are compounded in different ratios, have good leveling effects on silk and nylon. In acid dyeing of silk, leveling agent A has better effect than leveling agent B. In acid dyeing of nylon, both of them have better effect.
The addition of fatty diamine polyoxyethylene ether can effectively prevent acid dyes from re-staining silk fabrics, and with the increase in the amount of additives, the soaping anti-staining effect is enhanced. Among them, ADAEO30 and ADAEO45 have better anti-staining effect. ADAEO30, ADAEO45, ADAEO15/PO6, PVP, Pingpinga O-25 and chelating dispersant compounded in different ratios of the four kinds of anti-staining agent in silk dyeing and printing after washing have good anti-staining effect, of which the formula 1 of the anti-staining effect of silk fabrics is the best.
